I wasn't quite sure about this episode at first. and half way through i was like "wtf is even going on!" lol.

but I ended up really enjoying it, and re watched it for a second time a hour later.

I knew my patients with Crowley was wearing thin, and as much as I loved the character last season and early this season he started to really bother me.
So needless to say I was happy to see him killed. I never really liked the idea of the brothers being his pawn.

Caswas a nice touch of comic relief in the episode too (as always)
and that last scene was BAD ASS! not really giving a second though to torching Crowley.

Meg was awesome. (even though the actress that plays her bugs me lol. its her voice.. I dunno) I've always loved that character, and this ep she was especially bad ass, and actually trust-able. I never saw the day that she would work with the brothers.

The kiss between her and Cas was quite hot. The first time I watched it I was again like "Wtf is going on?!!!" but then then 2nd time, I was like... "hummm that is quite a sexy kiss" the way his hand brushed down her chest and then gripped her hair.
yup definitely hot seeing my favorite angel kiss one of my favorite demons.

I called the reason Samuel was working with Crowley. So I wasn't too shocked when that was revealed. I loved how Dean laid into him about what happens when they make deals with Demons! and how Mary would feel if/when she came back that her father didn't help her Children.
I know Dean said he would kill Samuel the next time he sees him. As much as I don't like Samuel, I hope Dean doesn't, not at his hand anyway. I don't think Dean would be able to forgive himself.

I never stopped to think about "what exactly Sams soul is doing in hell" still being locked in the cage with Lucifer/Micheal. never once thought about what that might they may be doing to it. I was always too concerned with just wanting to get it back in Sam to make Sam the brother that Dean (and all of us) miss so very much.
and now having that put into perspective by both Cas and Crowley that
Sams soul is probably so broken, and ripped up and scared that putting it back into Sam could possibly be the worst thing ever, and we could ultimately lose what little bit of Sam we have left. That scared the crap out of me, as much as it probably scares the crap out of Dean.
Dean misses his brother.
And we might all just have to get use to the fact that Sam may never be the old Sammy again.


All in all. I did end up liking the episode a lot more watching it the second time.
and I can't wait til next week :D

well. Meg went to kiss him the first time to distract him while she stole his angel sword. he went and took matters into his own hands using apparent techniques he learned from the pizza boy porn he was watching earlier lol.

I absolutely agree with you i was cracking up with cas watching the porno and dean telling sam now he's getting an angel boner. and cas and meg were awesome i'm glad that dean killed that asshole christian even through he was cutting meg up on that table and her saying to him your going to die now dean Winchester is behind you. and i knew the grandfather wanted to bring his daughter back like three episodes ago when dean ask why he was willing to work with crowley in the first place and he stated he had his reasons. And sam chewing on his own wrist freaked me out until you looked up and seen that he draw a devils trap. Overall i'm with you i loved that episode Considering that sam's soul is in the cage possible maybe ? But since sam took out micheal and lucifer why wouldn't they torture his soul as pay back for him basically defeating both of their purposes.Cas knows more than he's letting on.

I liked the episode for the most part. I hadn't thought about what was happening to Sam's soul either, and now that they said all of that it makes me even more sad. :( I really want him back the way he used to be! *cries*

The thing I don't get is where was Samuel that Crowley brought him back? And where is Mary that Crowley might be able to bring her back? If it's Purgatory, it makes no sense cause he doesn't know where that is, and if it's heaven, how the hell is he able to pull a soul outta heaven? But I'm glad he's dead now, but that also leaves papa Campbell at loose ends. Hopefully he doesn't join up with another demon.

I thought about Sam's time in hell, being locked in the cage with Lucifer and Michael, but I don't really care, I just want him to have his soul back and not remember anything from hell. I feel like stomping my foot and yelling where are you god!?

And the thing that bugs me that doesn't really bug me cause I don't care about his character is they never mention Adam. Michael was possessing Adam when Sam flung them into the hole, that means Adams body and soul is there with Michael and Lucifer and Sam's soul, but no one ever mentions it, IDK why.

Off to watch Merlin.

I would rather Sam be completely lost than what he is right now. I liked the episode, but I really wish demon!Christian hadn't done...that to Meg while she was being tortured.
