A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, I worked for exactly 100 days for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I can tell you, it was their PRACTICE to just sell, sell, sell. If you had a car on the lot, rent the mother out. Didn't matter that somone had booked it. When they arrived, if you had the car they booked, whew. If not, it was up to your savvy selling skills to "convince" them to upgrade or accept something different.
Sucked. Ass.
Which is why I quit the MOMENT I got a better job.
In other news - yay you're there and with your sis and having fun and friends are coming and you're going to see SPN stuff and YAY S'MORE!! :)
