I don't talk about the show much anymore, and in the past year I've kind of drifted away from fandom. Sometimes that saddens me, Because I do still love it with all my heart, If I didn't I wouldn't make a point (even still) to make sure I watch it EVERY single week when it airs, and I will continue to watch it until the day they decide to end it. This show has been such a huge part of my life for so long. I've met some of my more dearest friends through this fandom, & in some ways its brought my sister and I closer.

Carry on my Wayward Son has been my alarm clock for the past 5 years. every morning I wake up to it, and I don't think I'll ever change that. I hear it on the radio I turn it up. & long after the show is over and done with. I will hear it and think of the Winchesters

I'm somewhat in the same boat as you - I drifted a bit this past season [I thought the story lines were choppy and did not feel as 'whole' as the past seasons] but still plan on watching the show!

The fandom means a lot to me as well, despite crazy wank.
